I. Equipment Composition:
Activated carbon adsorption and desorption+catalytic combustion equipment structure includes pretreatment equipment, activated carbon adsorption equipment, catalytic combustion equipment, air volume regulating valve group, main exhaust fan, desorption fan and cooling fan, exhaust duct, adsorption and desorption duct, fire safety system, and electrical control system.
II. Process Flow:
This equipment is designed based on two fundamental principles: adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving), namely the adsorption concentration-catalytic combustion method. The equipment operates continuously with dual air circuits, and the two adsorption beds can be used alternately. The organic waste gas, driven by the fan, passes through the activated carbon adsorption layer, where organic substances are trapped by the unique force of activated carbon, and clean gas is discharged. After a period, when the activated carbon reaches saturation, adsorption stops, and the organic substances are concentrated in the activated carbon. The catalytic purification device is equipped with a heating chamber. When the heating device is activated, internal circulation begins. When the hot gas source reaches the boiling point of the organic substances, they evaporate from the activated carbon and enter the catalytic chamber for decomposition into carbon dioxide and water, releasing energy simultaneously. The released energy is then used for desorption in the adsorption bed, at which point the heating device stops completely. The organic waste gas maintains self-combustion in the catalytic combustion chamber, and the exhaust gas is regenerated, continuing the cycle until the organic substances are completely separated from the activated carbon and decomposed in the catalytic chamber. The activated carbon is regenerated, and the organic substances are catalytically decomposed.
